Original Dolls

TAODA Storybook Dolls

The members of the Texas Association of Original Doll Artists (TAODA) create a now annual exhibit of dolls that illustrate stories and books. The exhibit is unveiled at the International Quilt Festival in Houston and then is then shown at many libraries and a few museums in the area. The dolls, which are shown with their corresponding books, promote reading and are well received by children and adults alike.
